Ingredients:
100gr salted butter softened
60gr icing sugar.
120gr plain flour.
50gr finely ground toasted sesame.
All the ingredients mix well together. Put aside in room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Bake for 15 minutes at oven temp 170°C. Take note some oven has different hotness. If the temperature is too hot, reduce the oven temperature setting to 150°C
Hazelnut Cookies
Ingredients:
120gr ground hazelnut.
1/4cup of icing sugar
1/2cup of butter
1 egg yolk.
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt.
Same method with black sesame cookies.
Oven temp 140°c bake for 10-15minute.
